The Product: This is a lightweight cream. It is a pastel pink, with a slight peppermint scent. Two pumps provide the daily dosage. I prefer to place it and rub it in on my wrist so I can rub it in with the other wrist. The cream does make the skin softer and smoother, even though that is not it's purpose. The cream is easily absorbed and didn't feel oily or greasy. B12 is a water soluble vitamin that improves anemia and improves energy. Using this cream I didn't feel over-medicated or hyper. This is an easy to use, easy to absorb means of taking B12, avoiding the use of pills or shots. While your results may not be identical to mine, I do recommend this B12 cream as a dietary supplement when needed.
