Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin is easy to use and effective

Ingredients: Water, Aloe, Coconut Oil, Glycerin, Palm Stearic Acid, Emulsifying Wax, CetylMyristoleate, Cetyl Alcohol, Melatonin, Vitamin E, Tetrasodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Sorbic Acid, Citric Acid. It comes in a plastic bottle with a pump. It is made in the USA.

The Product: This product utilizes a topical method to provide melatonin to the body. The dosage is 3 milligrams, which is an average dose if taken orally. You use 1 pump of the cream and rub it in fully, shortly before bedtime. I put the cream on my wrist and used my other wrist to rub it in fully. It absorbed quickly and fully. Within a few minutes I could feel myself relaxing. This cream allowed me to fall asleep relatively quickly and slept through the night. I awoke with no residual drowsiness or grogginess. This appears to be an effective way to get a product into the system. It is easy to use and not messy. The product causes drowsiness, so it is recommended to not use it while operating machinery. While your results may not be identical to mine, I do recommend this product to help in falling asleep at night.

You can purchase this product on Amazon.com.

I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased feedback, regardless I only recommend products that worked for me and that I think will work for my readers.
