It also helps calcium to be absorbed and utilized by the body. The Maxasorb D3 provides 1000 IU of D3 in an easy to apply cream. It absorbs quickly. I apply it to my wrist area as this is one of the better areas to absorb the D3. One pump is enough to provide 1000 IU. This is one of those products where there is no definitive way to determine if it's working, but I know that it is getting absorbed into my system. Within a minute the cream is absorbed leaving a light, fresh scent and even softer skin. I do recommend this product for those who do not get enough Vitamin D.
