I have used Rosehip Seed Oil for many of my blends for hair, skin, nails and scalp. The UNi Rosehip Seed Oil is especially great to use because the Rosehips are Organic, Fragrance Free and very fresh. This rose-colored oil spreads easily and is absorbed quickly. It moisturizes, heals and protects delicate skin. It also revives limp or frizzy hair, allowing more manageability, shine, and style. It also reduces dryness and itchiness of the scalp. It works well to soften and reduce calluses on the feet and to soften cuticles and rehydrate and protect nails. Rosehip seed oil is very economical as only a small amount is needed. Generally, when I use this in my blends, I measure in drops and it provides it's benefits. It is quite a dry oil, so it's not greasy and will absorb into the skin/hair/scalp/nails.
One of my recipes is for my Hair Helper. I start with:
20 drops of argan oil,
mix in 10 drops of UNi Rosehip Seed Oil,
pierce and add the contents of 1 Vitamin E capsule,
add 3-5 drops of essential fragrance oil, or vanilla, or scented oil or even a few drops of perfume,
add 1 pinch of pearlized mica powder (you can even use a light colored eye shadow, but only a tiny pinch as this will provide a pearlescent shine to the hair)
I shake well before using and only use a few drops at a time, applied to my palm, then both palms are rubbed together and smoothed lightly on hair and scalp.
This recipe can also be diluted with fractionated coconut oil to make a shine spray.
I make up this recipe for my friends and put it in small bottles to share.
Overall I definitely recommend UNi's Rosehip Seed Oil for all the benefits to skin, hair and nails and it's usefulness in blends for the whole body. Even when used by itself it is a hydrating, healing and soothing product without harmful chemicals or additives.

Shea Butter Wisdom's 100% Pure Organic, Unrefined, Raw Shea Butter Is So Beneficial

I have learned that shea butter is one of the best ingredients in body and face creams, hair conditioners, and skin treatments. Shea Butter Wisdom's Organic, Raw, Unrefined Shea Butter is very pure, which means nothing is added to it and there is no chemical processing. Shea butter actually contains beneficial vitamins A, D, E, and F which combine to improve the hydration and healing of skin or scalp. I love to use shea butter in many of my "concoctions" to treat the skin, hair, nails and scalp. I have been very successful in using this Shea Butter because it is so pure and preservatives are not needed. One of my favorite recipes is what I call my Whipped Shea Butter Heal recipe, which is:
Prepare the Shea Butter by making sure it is at room temperature. This allows easy whipping. I do not advocate heating shea butter as that can cause graininess and separation.
Measure 4 oz. room temperature shea butter into a small bowl. Mash the shea butter with a fork. Add 2 Tablespoons of a base oil, such as olive oil, argan oil, or fractionated coconut oil. Continue to mash in this oil until the mixture is lightweight. Add 10 to 20 drops of essential oil, such as lemon, peppermint, cinnamon, lavender or even vanilla. For even more impact, you can add the oil from 1-2 vitamin E capsules. After each addition, continue to mash, then whip the butter. Add a pinch of mica pearlescent powder, such as ivory eyeshadow. This gives a pearlescent hue to the finished butter. Continue whipping the butter with the fork until it becomes very light and fluffy. Drop the butter into a container and it is ready to apply to the skin or use with any hair conditioner. This is my favorite body butter and it is great to apply to the legs or arms, especially during winter months when the skin can get dry and flakey. This body butter helps to hydrate, heal, and seal the moisture in the skin. I definitely recommend Shea Butter Wisdom's Organic Shea Butter for all skin, hair, nails and scalp treatment. It will heal, protect and moisturize your body.

Regenepure DR Hair Loss and Scalp Treatment Shampoo Provide Gentle Cleaning and Healing For Your Scalp and Hair

The Regenepure DR Shampoo provides superior cleaning for your hair and treats your scalp to reduce hair loss. This product contains ketoconazole which blocks the production of a growth repressing hormone. There are no sulfates in this product making it gentler to your hair and scalp. The slightly mint-scented formula makes thick, rich suds and once it is rinsed out your hair is immediately softer. Your scalp feels clean, really clean and keeps feeling clean for longer than drugstore brands. I found that my hair had more body and volume than with other products and seemed more manageable. It did seem to reduce my hair loss, which I notice while shampooing and while brushing. Continued use kept my hair looking full and healthy. There are healthy oils, such as Emu Oil and Jojoba Oil that add to the shine of my hair and moisturize my scalp. While your results may not be identical to mine, I do recommend this shampoo to gently clean your hair and scalp while making your hair look it's best.
You can purchase this product on Amazon.com and Regenepure.com.

Pure Body Naturals Indian Healing Clay Refines Skin Appearance
Ingredients: 100% Pure Sodium Bentonite Clay. Product comes as a powder form in a large plastic jar with lid. It is made in the USA. It is not tested on animals. The product has a shelf life of 5 years.
The Product: I had used clay masks before and know they are great for removing the deep down dirt and debris from the pores. I was interested to see how Bentonite Clay worked in dealing with skin battered by pollutants. The ratio of clay powder to water is about 1 part clay to 3 parts water. The ratio can be changed based on how it is being used. First, I mixed a small amount of clay powder with some water. I then spread this on my face gently, carefully avoiding the eye area. I then waited for it to dry. I felt some tightness as the clay dried. You can see in the mirror when it is fully dried and if you smile, the clay mask will crackle. I then gently rinsed the clay off with warm water and patted dry. My skin looked amazing, the pores were minimized, my skin was brightened and very soft and smooth. I know that it is wonderful at removing surface oils, yet gentle enough for skin that is dry. So, I had this huge jar of healing clay and I wondered what else I could use it for, since the facial mask should only be done once a week or less. I found out that is can be used in the bath, similar to epsom salts and I found that just a small amount in bath water left my skin soft and feeling really clean and refreshed. I also tried it as a conditioning mask, both before and after shampooing. It effectively removed hair care product build-up and left my hair feeling remarkably clean and soft. It also left my scalp squeaky clean. I am very impressed with this healing clay and hope to try it's healing properties the next time I have a bug bite or a small scratch. I have used products before from Pure Body Naturals and find them to be of the highest quality.

Daily Conditioner: Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Steartrimonium Chloride, Cyclopentasiloxane and Dimethicone, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Parfum, Argan Oil, Macadamia Seed Oil, Phenoxyethanol. This is Sulfate Free and Paraben Free. It is contained in a tall, slender plastic bottle. It remains fresh for 12 months after opening. It is made in China.
Hydrating Argan Oil Mask: Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Amodimethicone, Trideceth-12, Cetrimonium Chloride, Cyclopentasiloxane and Dimethicone, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Parfum, Argan Oil, Steartrimonium Chloride, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol. This is Sulfate Free and Paraben Free. It is contained in a short, fat plastic jar. It remains fresh for 12 months after opening. It is made in China.
The Products: Let me begin with by saying I love, love, love this hair care system. My hair looks healthy and shiny, my scalp feels better, and I don't need to do the whole shampoo and condition chore every other day. I love that this system helps my hair to look great all the time. I have gotten compliments on how great it looks. My natural curl shows up well and I have much less problems with frizziness, kinkiness or dryness. It is much more manageable and has seemed to 'come alive' with the shine, smoothness and hydration.
The Shampoo - The Shampoo is a slightly light grey gel. It spreads on easily and rather than the huge suds of shampoos with sulfates/parabens it almost foams rather than lathers. I have tried other sulfate/paraben free shampoos. They were either too watery or actually didn't have any sudsing action and left my hair feeling not quite cleaned. The Arvazallia Shampoo thoroughly cleans my hair and even as I rinse, I can feel how soft my hair has become. It even leaves my hair feeling like it has clarified and removed all traces of other hair care gels, lotions, oils and creams that I have used between shampoos. My scalp also feels like it has been fully cleaned and clarified. It really re-energizes both my scalp and hair. Since this cleans so well I am able to go 4-5 days between shampoos and yet my hair never looks oily, greasy or stringy. The shampoo has a fresh flowery scent that is delicate and not overpowering. It leaves some of that scent in my hair, but the scent becomes minimal as it dries.
Daily Conditioner - After shampooing I use the creamy, emollient conditioner. It looks and feels like whipped cream. I start at the ends of my hair, the dryest part and massage the conditioner up to the roots. I can immediately feel it further softening and detangling my hair. I am able to comb through my hair, as I leave the conditioner on, to make sure the conditioner covers the full length from roots to ends. The conditioner has a matching scent to the shampoo, but it seems like it is somewhat less strong. I usually wait 3-5 minutes until I rinse out. The Conditioner rinses out easily and fully. It leaves my hair super soft and manageable. I usually let my hair air dry. Once dry, my hair has body, shine, and even appears totally cleaned and refreshed. I use the Daily Conditioner for 3 shampoos and then I use the Hair Mask for the 4th shampoo, then I repeat the process.
Hydrating Mask - I use this mask every 4 times that I shampoo, and use the Daily Conditioner the other 3 times. If I do go quite a long time between shampoos, then I will use this Mask on my next shampoo. I try to make sure I use this Mask once a week. This is a thick creamy gel. It spreads on easily and I start at the ends of my hair and work up towards my roots. It feels very soothing on my hair and scalp. I try to leave this mask on for at least 5 minutes. I do comb this Mask through my hair, making sure that each hair is covered by the Mask. When time is up, I rinse thoroughly. The scent does linger but lessens. It is a fresh, clean scent that I really like. I usually let my hair air dry. The addition of even more argan oil helps my hair look great. It is shiny, healthy, and radiant. It is easy to brush or comb through. I am even using fewer other products because my hair stays looking great.
I definitely recommend this entire system for hair care. It is wonderful that it is sulfate and paraben free. But the best thing is that it transforms hair into glowing, healthy, manageable hair that looks terrific from one shampoo until the next.
