EyeSnugs Are A Revolution In Sleep Masks

I am amazed and astonished with this product. I have used sleep masks off and one over the years but usually found them to slippery or too hot or too constricting. Then I got these EyeSnugs. It seems like a simple concept, but I have never seen contoured sleep masks. First, you get two EyeSnugs per package, plus 2 pairs of foam ear plugs. Each EyeSnug is in it's own velvet pouch. The miracle happens when you open the EyeSnug. The inside is contoured outward around the eye area. This means that when you put them on they do NOT touch your eyes. You can actually open your eyes while wearing them. They are extra soft and cushiony and the strap which goes around your head is a soft elastic about 3/4" wide and in the back is a velcro strip that allows you to adjust the diameter of the band around your head. They are basically 3 dimensional sleep masks that float over your eyes. When I wore the EyeSnug I found that it did not feel hot or slippery. It gently rested on my eyebrows and I could barely feel that it was there. It provided perfect blackout conditions and actually helped me get back to sleep when I was sleeping during the daytime when the sun was out. The idea of contouring the part over the eyes seems like a simple idea, but I have never seen a sleep mask like this. I very highly recommend this product to help improve your sleep, and comfort while sleeping. These would be absolutely perfect on a plane or for shift workers who have to sleep during the day.

BRINutrition L-Tryptophan Provides Restful Sleep With No Hangover

In this hectic, fast-paced world with constant stimulation from cellphones, computers, tv's and people talking everywhere you go, it can sometimes be difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. I've been using BRINutrition's L-Tryptophan to help. I find that within about a half hour it gently relaxes me and allows me to fall into a restful sleep. I always wear earplugs while sleeping to block out any noise, which occurs even in a quiet household. This and the tryptophan help me stay asleep until I need to wake up. When I wake up I find that I do not feel at all groggy or hungover. As with all sleep aids, it is best to not use this every night, but occasional use really helps me get a good night's sleep. The Product: Melatonin has long been used to increase drowsiness and aid in falling asleep. The Advanta Melatonin offers 3 milligrams of Melatonin in a dissolvable tablet. The tablet is slightly sweet and when placed under the tongue it dissolves in a few minutes. I find that it's best to have all your presleep activities done before taking the Melatonin. Once dissolved, within a short period of time, usually 15-30 minutes, I find that I am drowsy and ready to go to sleep. It does not over-medicate, you can still function quite well, but it causes the sleepy feeling allowing you a better chance to fall asleep once you lie down. The Product: This product utilizes a topical method to provide melatonin to the body. The dosage is 3 milligrams, which is an average dose if taken orally. You use 1 pump of the cream and rub it in fully, shortly before bedtime. I put the cream on my wrist and used my other wrist to rub it in fully. It absorbed quickly and fully. Within a few minutes I could feel myself relaxing. This cream allowed me to fall asleep relatively quickly and slept through the night. I awoke with no residual drowsiness or grogginess. This appears to be an effective way to get a product into the system. It is easy to use and not messy. The product causes drowsiness, so it is recommended to not use it while operating machinery.
