Gives your "behind" time to heal

This inflatable donut cushion from Comfort Cushion is a very useful item to have. I broke my coccyx awhile ago and sitting can be painful. It is also difficult to get it to heal when I am sitting on the broken part. This cushion comes with it's own little pump that pumps it up quickly. I do recommend that you not fill it all the way up because that can make it a bit too stiff to sit on for long periods of time. Also, it's good to sit a bit forward on the cushion so your rear end is actually over the empty hole part. If you are using this on your desk chair you also might want to lower your chair a bit as this will cause you to sit higher in your chair. This is well made and seems like it would last a long time. It is not the flimsy pool donut type. This one really supports you. Another nice thing is that when you do not need to use it, you can easily deflate it by squeezing the valve and compressing the cushion to get the air out. This way you can store it or take it with you on a plane or at work. I've found that this even helps me to sit up straight in my chair. Overall, I do recommend the Comfort Cushion donut to give your "behind" a break and time to heal.

Shea Butter Wisdom's 100% Pure Organic, Unrefined, Raw Shea Butter Is So Beneficial

I have learned that shea butter is one of the best ingredients in body and face creams, hair conditioners, and skin treatments. Shea Butter Wisdom's Organic, Raw, Unrefined Shea Butter is very pure, which means nothing is added to it and there is no chemical processing. Shea butter actually contains beneficial vitamins A, D, E, and F which combine to improve the hydration and healing of skin or scalp. I love to use shea butter in many of my "concoctions" to treat the skin, hair, nails and scalp. I have been very successful in using this Shea Butter because it is so pure and preservatives are not needed. One of my favorite recipes is what I call my Whipped Shea Butter Heal recipe, which is:

Prepare the Shea Butter by making sure it is at room temperature. This allows easy whipping. I do not advocate heating shea butter as that can cause graininess and separation.
Measure 4 oz. room temperature shea butter into a small bowl. Mash the shea butter with a fork. Add 2 Tablespoons of a base oil, such as olive oil, argan oil, or fractionated coconut oil. Continue to mash in this oil until the mixture is lightweight. Add 10 to 20 drops of essential oil, such as lemon, peppermint, cinnamon, lavender or even vanilla. For even more impact, you can add the oil from 1-2 vitamin E capsules. After each addition, continue to mash, then whip the butter. Add a pinch of mica pearlescent powder, such as ivory eyeshadow. This gives a pearlescent hue to the finished butter. Continue whipping the butter with the fork until it becomes very light and fluffy. Drop the butter into a container and it is ready to apply to the skin or use with any hair conditioner. This is my favorite body butter and it is great to apply to the legs or arms, especially during winter months when the skin can get dry and flakey. This body butter helps to hydrate, heal, and seal the moisture in the skin. I definitely recommend Shea Butter Wisdom's Organic Shea Butter for all skin, hair, nails and scalp treatment. It will heal, protect and moisturize your body.

Keeva Tea Tree Cream for Acne and Every Skin Care

I have used tea tree oil for it's healing, antiseptic, antifungal and health benefits, but one of the things that is frustrating is that it is a thin oil and every time I use it, it seems to go everywhere. It also takes awhile to absorb. I was very excited to see that Keeva has made it available in a cream. The Keeva Tea Tree Cream absorbs easily and quickly and leaves a wonderful minty, cooling feel to the skin, even after it is absorbed. It increases skin softness, decreases fine lines and wrinkles and increases skin healing, while soothing irritated or blemished skin. Only a small amount is needed to revive the skin and heal. For blemishes, dotting on Keeva, then patting gently until it is absorbed, works the best. It works rapidly, healing blemishes and scratches. It also seems to reduce under eye circles. I have also started to use this Keeva Tea Tree Cream for the backs of my hands that often get dry. I am very pleased with this general all purpose product. While your results may not be identical to mine, I definitely recommend Keeva Tea Tree Cream for the health of your skin.

Amara Vitamin C Cleanser Is Gentle and Effective

This cleanser has many advantages over other cleansers. It is made in the USA and it is cruelty free. It also does not contain harsh chemicals, such as sulfates parabens, dyes or fragrance. It basically has no smell when you use it. Because it is sulfate free it doesn't lather quite as much as other cleansers, but it removes makeup or other creams and serums on your face. I use it in the evening to wash my face. Once I have rinsed, I find my skin is soft and there is no feeling of dry skin, flaking, or itchiness. It does an effective job removing foundation, blush/bronzer, and eye makeup, including mascara. The softness of the skin lasts even after the cleanser is rinsed off. This is due to the healing power of Vitamin C, Rosehip Seed Oil, Tea Tree Oil, and Organic Aloe. The Aloe helps heal, the tea tree oil helps keep the skin and pores clear, the Vitamin C and Rosehip Seed Oil return natural moisture and hydration to the skin. I definitely recommend this cleanser to assure your skin and pore are fully cleaned and healthy.

LaLune Naturals Aloe Vera Gel is 99.75% Pure Organic Aloe

LaLune Naturals Aloe Vera Gel is made from 100% USDA Organic Aloe Vera plants, grown and extracted in the USA. The remaining .25% is preservatives. It comes in an amber plastic bottle with both a pump or a squeeze type top. It is Vegan and Cruelty Free. This Aloe Vera Gel is free from any fragrance. It is in a relatively liquid state. I tried this gel by itself and as a component in my make-at-home bug lotion. By itself, the gel spreads very easily and absorbs quickly. I love that it has no scent so I can use it under makeup and perfume. Immediately, it is soothing to the skin. It also softens the skin and helps it to feel smooth. I also applied it on some cat scratches. It reduced the redness and softened the scar. For my make-at-home bug spray I used 60 drops of Tea Tree Oil, 20 drops of Geranium Oil, 1 tablespoon of glycerin and then filled the remainder of the 3 oz. sprayer with the Aloe Vera Gel. This is sprayed on and then gently rubbed into the skin. The nice thing about using the Aloe Vera Gel is that if I do get a sting, it is present on the skin to immediately reduce the reaction to the sting. This bug spray is good for light outside activities. Since I also make my own skin lotions, the Aloe Vera Gel can be used as a carrier gel with other essential oils or extracts. I definitely recommend LaLune Naturals Aloe Vera Gel as great product to use alone for healing or used in mixtures to sooth, protect, and smooth skin.
