Kitchen Hearts Non-stick Silicone Baking Mats Work Great
I have had numerous cookie sheets in my time and they have all either started rusting or discolored. So many foods stick to them and other ovenware, even the non-stick ones, that I had started to use parchment paper all the time. Now good parchment paper is not cheap. I was excited to use these Kitchen Hearts Non-stick Silicone Baking Mats. They really do release the food, cookies, and any other item quickly. I think they also help keep the cooked food from burning as much (I'm notorious for burned cookies). The pizza size round mat is perfect for pita pizzas, quesadillas and other small round foods. They clean up easily and are very easy to store, either flat or rolled up. Overall, I definitely recommend Kitchen Hearts Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats.

Kuuk 3 in 1 Vegetable Spiralizer Makes Cooking Easier

I absolutely love spiralizers for cooking. They make prep work a thing of the past. The Kuuk 3 in 1 is easy to use, offers a variety of cuts and is also perfect for fruits as well as vegetables. There are 3 blades for it, one to do thin slices, one for fine threads and one for chipped pieces. I mainly use the thin slice and fine thread blades. It is so convenient to be able to store the other 2 blades under the unit. That way they don't be lost and no one can cut themselves on the blades. An interesting addition to this slicer is that it also cores whatever is being sliced. This is wonderful for apples as the thin slicing blade can cut and core at the same time, producing such nice slices of apple for tarts, general baking or just eating. I also use the thin slicing blade for potatoes when I make casseroles or just fried potatoes. The thread blade can turn vegetables, like zucchini, into vegetable noodles, perfect for the family dinner and it saves on all that carb diet. The chipping blade can be used to chip potatoes for hash browns. I highly recommend this spiralizer for every day cooking, as well as baking. prep. The Kuuk also has a better price than others sold on Amazon. If you want to bring the fun back into your food, or you just need a faster way to prepare fruits and vegetables, get the Kuuk Spiralizer.
