I love cocoa and chocolate. I was excited to compare the FineNaturals Dark Organic Cocoa with other cocoas that I drink. I found the flavor in this cocoa to be very rich, very strong, with a deep chocolate flavor. It is so flavorful that it could even be used and enjoyed without any sweetening. I compared the FineNaturals cocoa with another organic cocoa. Again, FineNaturals had a much stronger, deeper chocolate flavor. I finally compared it with a mass market cocoa. The FineNaturals had a much more flavorful taste, bringing with it undertones of vanilla and an underlying sweetness. This is a pure, dark cocoa. There is no bitterness, grittiness, or unpleasant aftertaste. It is enjoyable to drink this cocoa or even to use it in baking. I definitely recommend this cocoa for depth of flavor, enjoyable taste, and organic goodness.
