The First Botany Vitamin B3 is a great facial toner for a variety of skin types. It goes on smoothly, absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling soft and silky smooth. With continued use it keeps the skin hydrated. It is very helpful for dry skin to restore the balance of the skin, preventing it from feeling tight, dry and itchy. Only one squirt is needed for the face, with an additional one for the chin and neck area. I use either cotton balls or even folded tissues to apply the toner.
