BRINutrition L-Tryptophan Provides Restful Sleep With No Hangover


In this hectic, fast-paced world with constant stimulation from cellphones, computers, tv's and people talking everywhere you go, it can sometimes be difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. I've been using BRINutrition's L-Tryptophan to help. I find that within about a half hour it gently relaxes me and allows me to fall into a restful sleep. I always wear earplugs while sleeping to block out any noise, which occurs even in a quiet household. This and the tryptophan help me stay asleep until I need to wake up. When I wake up I find that I do not feel at all groggy or hungover. As with all sleep aids, it is best to not use this every night, but occasional use really helps me get a good night's sleep. BRINutrition's L-Tryptophan is produced in the USA in a regulated facility. It contains no yeast, soy, gluten, wheat, sugars, dairy, egg, corn, salt, preservatives or artificial flavors or colors. Basically, it is iron (3% of your RDA), L-Tryptophan, Rice Flour and Vegetable Cellulose (the capsule itself). Even though the capsule is somewhat large it is easy to take with plenty of water. I do take this about 30 minutes before going to sleep so that it has time to actually be absorbed by my system. I can take from 1-3 capsules each time. I have found that with occasional use I sleep better, feel better and am more able to face the day. I definitely recommend BRINutrition's L-Tryptophan for those nights when sleep seems far away.
