Kitchen Supreme French Press Bundle

The Kitchen Supreme French Press Bundle contains the French Press, which is a good sized 8 cup or 34 oz. press, added replacement filters, a coffee/tea scooping spoon, a uniquely designed stainless steel spoon that can hand on the side of a cup and can be used for sugar or honey, and there is a document on how to use the product. A French press is designed to make a personalize pot of coffee or tea. The additional filter screens can be stacked to allow for an even finer mesh to filter out coffee or tea grounds completely. Or they can be used to substitute in when you are cleaning the other filter. For a totally personalized pot of coffee, the coffee beans can be hand or machine ground allowing you to have the exact blend of beans that you want. The same is true of the tea. The ground coffee or tea leaves are placed in the press. The plunger section is added. Heated water is poured in over the plunger section as the plunger sits in the press, composed of borosilicate glass, making sure the water is not boiling. The written directions detail how to proceed. The press can be cleaned in the dishwasher. This press makes great coffee/tea, assuming you use great coffee beans/tea. The wonderful thing about a French press is how fresh the coffee/tea is and how it can be tailored to a person's specific tastes. The only negative about this press is that there is a section of plastic inside the lid. Generally, this plastic would not actually touch the coffee/tea/hot water unless the press was overfilled. There is also the possibility of splashing that could contact the plastic. The company indicates that the plastic is there to block heat from occurring on the plunger. The added coffee/tea spoon is helpful, but is also plastic. The sugar/honey spoon is a great design and works very well hung on the inside or outside of the mug. Overall, this is a good press for the money. This same styled press, looking identical to this one can be found online at much higher prices. I would recommend this product for a person who wanted to find out if coffee/tea did taste better fully fresh. Rather than spending 2-5 times the price, it is fine and fully functional for it's purpose.

The press can be purchased on Amazon.com.

I did receive this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased feedback, regardless I only recommend products that worked for me and that I think will work for my readers.
