The Product: The product is a milky gel. Two pumps is enough to cover the face. The gel seems to melt into a liquid form and spreads easily over the face. It also absorbs quickly and fully. I really loved that this serum has basically no scent. It won't interfere with perfumes or other scents. The amber bottle and well sealed pump protect the product from oxidation and other environmental contaminants. Upon applying the serum I immediately got a cooling, then firming sensation. It felt very soothing on my skin and immediately loosened the tightness and removed the dryness that had been present. This product can be layered with other serums, liquids and creams to enhance and reinforce the benefits. Or it can be used alone. The retinol penetrates the skin. I like to think of it as a wakeup to the skin. Then the other ingredients, such as the Hyaluronic Acid, hold and retain moisture, which increases the softness and smoothness.
