When I received the Syono Gel Insoles I thought I had ordered the wrong size. They looked huge. But when I held them up to my feet and then tested them in shoes only a small amount needed to be cut off to fit the shoes perfectly. These gel insoles are soft and provide even better cushioning than the insoles that were already in the shoes. It reduces the wear and tear on the ball of the foot and helps the arch of the foot feel more supported. And my cat agrees. Having gel insoles help extend the life of the shoe, even when the shoes get somewhat worn out.
