The Product: I take fish oil every day, along with lecithin and flax seed oil. I use them all to keep my cholesterol down so I don't have to take the nasty prescription medications. I am so happy to have found a product that is easier to take and will help protect my heart against problems caused by high cholesterol. I can't guarantee that any Omega-3 product will give you the same benefits as I have gotten, but it is an alternative to medications that can have many side effects.
