Initially, I thought a few drops would not be enough to fully cover my face, neck and upper chest. However, I only needed 2 drops for my face, 1 for neck and 1 for upper chest. The gel spreads easily and smoothly with a great fluid texture. There is a clean, fresh light scent of rose on application. Once on the skin the scent does not linger, which is good, in my opinion, as it will not interfere with any perfume I may also use. The serum becomes absorbed very quickly and does not leave any greasy or sticky residue. The gel penetrates so easily and rapidly that this is perfect under makeup or sunscreen. Continued use of the serum left my skin smooth and the pores seemed minimized. My skin did not dry out and I had no negative reaction to the product.
