Pure Body Naturals Vitamin C Toner Cleans, Clears and Preps Skin for Creams and Serums

Pure Body Naturals Vitamin C Toner effectively cleans the skin and clears dirt and daily environmental contaminants from the skin leaving it soft, smooth and ready for other moisturizers, creams or serums. The great thing about this toner is that it does not dry out the skin like some toners that have alcohol in them. This toner has natural, healing ingredients and that makes it great for all skin types. I love using this toner after cleansing my face and I can see that it really removes everything I may have missed by cleansing. It also removes any soap or skin residue, presenting a clean, fresh palette for my moisturizers to do their work. With it's natural ingredients, this toner starts the hydration process. I usually use the toner, then a moisturizer cream, then a serum at night. The next day I gently rinse my face and it's perfectly soft. The only negative about this toner is that the spray tube that comes with it has to be cut off to fit in the bottle, but this is a minor task. I definitely recommend this toner to keep skin clean and clear of the daily pollution we all encounter.

Pure Body Naturals Indian Healing Clay Refines Skin Appearance

Ingredients: 100% Pure Sodium Bentonite Clay. Product comes as a powder form in a large plastic jar with lid. It is made in the USA. It is not tested on animals. The product has a shelf life of 5 years.

The Product: I had used clay masks before and know they are great for removing the deep down dirt and debris from the pores. I was interested to see how Bentonite Clay worked in dealing with skin battered by pollutants. The ratio of clay powder to water is about 1 part clay to 3 parts water. The ratio can be changed based on how it is being used. First, I mixed a small amount of clay powder with some water. I then spread this on my face gently, carefully avoiding the eye area. I then waited for it to dry. I felt some tightness as the clay dried. You can see in the mirror when it is fully dried and if you smile, the clay mask will crackle. I then gently rinsed the clay off with warm water and patted dry. My skin looked amazing, the pores were minimized, my skin was brightened and very soft and smooth. I know that it is wonderful at removing surface oils, yet gentle enough for skin that is dry. So, I had this huge jar of healing clay and I wondered what else I could use it for, since the facial mask should only be done once a week or less. I found out that is can be used in the bath, similar to epsom salts and I found that just a small amount in bath water left my skin soft and feeling really clean and refreshed. I also tried it as a conditioning mask, both before and after shampooing. It effectively removed hair care product build-up and left my hair feeling remarkably clean and soft. It also left my scalp squeaky clean. I am very impressed with this healing clay and hope to try it's healing properties the next time I have a bug bite or a small scratch. I have used products before from Pure Body Naturals and find them to be of the highest quality.

Pure Body Naturals Fractionated Coconut Oil Is A Perfect Carrier Oil

Ingredients: Fractionated Coconut Oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride). Product comes in a large, 16 oz. clear plastic bottle with a pop-open lid to dispense. It is not tested on animals, is cruelty free, originates from Malaysia, and is bottled in the USA. Unopened there is a 5 year shelf life, and once open it remains fresh for 12 months. The product I received from Amazon was exceptionally fresh, having been manufactured less than 3 weeks prior to my receiving it.

So, what is fractionated coconut oil and what is it good for? Regular coconut oil is a bit of a shape-shifter. It is extracted from coconuts. Virgin coconut oil is a solid, gel-like consistency in average temperatures, but at high temperatures it melts. It smells and tastes like coconut. Fractionated coconut oil breaks up the different components of regular coconut oil and separates out individual fatty acids/triglycerides. This particular fractionated coconut oil is compose of Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride. The wonderful thing about fractionated oils such as the Pure Body Naturals Fractionated Coconut Oil is that it has no scent or taste. It provides the benefits of coconut oil to the health and beauty industry. This oil is good on it's own, for massage or hydration of the skin, increased manageability when used in hair, as a carrier for essential oils, as an added component to shampoos, conditioners, or lotions and creams. Many essential oils cannot be put directly on the skin, however, mixed with fractionated coconut oil, which functions as a carrier and diluter of the essential oil, the benefits of the essential oil can be safely realized.

So, what did I do with all this fractionated coconut oil???? Well, I began by using the oil directly on my skin and hair. I loved how easily it spread and how quickly it absorbed, without being greasy or oily. It immediately hydrated and soothed my skin. It does not clog pores and gives a very dewy look to the skin. On my hair it brightened the hair, reduced the frizz and increased the shine. I also used a small amount in my shampoo and conditioner to really allow the hair to absorb and benefit from the coconut oil. This oil is so clear and refined, it is easy to use in so many products. I have many essential oils and some can cause redness, rash or sensitivity if used on their own. I made a gentle lavender oil to smooth on my arms. I had a small bottle and poured the fractionated coconut oil in, then added 6 drops of the lavender essential oil. It smells great and helps my skin recover from a cold, dry winter. I added some of the coconut oil to my skin cream, along with a few more drops of sandalwood essential oil. I even made some glycerin soap and added a capful of coconut oil to increase the richness and benefits from the oil while washing. I also prepared some potpourri with plants from my garden, stirring in some coconut oil, then adding essential oil to use for aromatherapy. The coconut oil helps to spread the essential oils among the potpourri, so I need less of the expensive essential oil. I can even just use the oil, with a few drops of essential oil as my perfume, rather than spending so much on commercial perfumes.

I am a fan of fractionated coconut oil, and especially of Pure Body Naturals Fractionated Coconut Oil. It is well-refined, freshly made, easy to use, and has so many everyday uses. I highly recommend this Fractionated Coconut Oil. Also, compared to some other Fractionated Coconut Oils, this product is very cost effective and it is currently on sale at Amazon.com, at 50% off.

Pure Body Naturals Peppermint Oil Is Perfect for Aromatic, Medicinal and Household Uses

Ingredients: Peppermint Essential Oil, Therapeutic Grade

The Product: Pure Body Naturals Peppermint Essential Oil comes in an amber glass bottle with an eye-dropper. The amber glass is useful for preventing changes to the product from sunlight or direct light. It is not tested on animals, is cruelty free, and remains potent for 12 months after opening. Peppermint Essential Oil, like other essential oils, has aromatic, medicinal, and household uses. The Pure Body Naturals Peppermint Oil is perfectly scented to work well in diffusers, on cotton balls or even on small pieces of paper to lift and revive your spirits aromatically. The scent of this peppermint oil is not overpowering or acrid. It is very pleasant and gentle, but still strong enough to enjoy on it's own or for full house scenting. It removes unpleasant odors and the scent itself energizes and invigorates. It clears the sinuses, improves breathing, relaxes muscles, increases mental focus and can boost energy. This oil can be used full strength for aromatherapy. For medicinal and household uses it is usually diluted with a carrier oil or cream, or with other cleaning products. Medicinally, peppermint oil has been used to freshen breath, reduce nausea, can be used with a lotion to massage tight muscles and reduce pain, energize scalp when a few drops are added to shampoo and/or conditioner, and also works as a natural bug repellant. Again, using peppermint oil medicinally, it should be diluted with water, lotions, or other oils. I use it frequently to clear my sinuses and to soothe and energize my scalp in a conditioner. Mixing it with a mild lotion helps ease my muscle and joint aches. It can also be mixed with coconut oil. Applying the peppermint oil to skin imparts an immediate cooling sensation which then has a calming effect. This particular peppermint oil smells so good that you can actually go out in public after you have applied it to sore muscles. I received many compliments about how great it smelled, especially since it was during the Christmas holidays. For household uses, in some cases, it can be used at full strength. I used it to freshen my garbage disposal, mixed with vinegar which I use to clean up counters and small messes. Once Spring and the bug season starts I will put it on cotton balls and put in my cupboards to repel bugs. Also, since we sometimes have problems with ants, especially after heavy rains, I plan to put some strategically around the outside of my house. My dog, who sometimes goes into forested areas has had a problem in the past with ticks. I will be putting a drop of peppermint oil on the outside of her collar (not the area that actually touches her skin). Using this peppermint oil in cleaning solutions helps to freshen, clean, and delightfully scent the whole house. I definitely would recommend Pure Body Naturals Peppermint Oil as it is high quality and all natural. The 4 oz. bottle will last a long time since it will be mixed with oils/lotions/creams/cleaning solutions. It is therapeutic grade and bottled in the USA, so I trust it. Do use caution to keep this out of the reach of children, do not use during pregnancy, and avoid using near the eyes. Pure Body Naturals Lemon Oil Can Make Your Life Better

Ingredients: Lemon Peel Oil
The Product: Pure Body Naturals Lemon Oil comes in an amber glass 4 oz. bottle with eye dropper. The amber glass keeps the product from oxidizing over time. The Lemon Oil was produced in Italy and bottled in the USA, not tested on animals, and stays fresh for 12 months from date of opening. It is 100% Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil. The uses for pure oils are endless, but can usually be broken down into Aromatic, Medicinal, and Household. The first thing I did with this lemon oil was to put 7 drops in my garbage disposal to remove the scents that lingered from grinding food scraps. It worked wonders and I plan to do this weekly to keep those odors away. Other household uses are in the laundry (8-15 drops added to detergent, and/or 8 drops added to dryer sheets), added to dish soap and to cleaning products. I primarily use vinegar as a cleaner for counters and pet messes. Adding 7-10 drops to a spray bottle of vinegar reduces the vinegary smell, and the natural antiseptic, disinfectant properties aid in cleaning. You can add a drop or two to your furniture polish to give a great shine and scent. You can also use lemon oil to remove stickers or gummy residue. When used aromatically or medicinally, lemon oil should never be applied full strength. You can add it to creams, carrier lotions, water or other oils. Jojoba and grape seed oil make excellent carriers for the lemon oil. When used on the skin in a carrier, you should wait until it's fully absorbed before going out into the sun, as it can increase the likelihood of sunburn. It is wonderfully refreshing, energizing and also calming aromatically. Mixed with lotion it can be great as a massage lotion and also helps with headaches, opening the sinuses, and uplifting the senses. You can add a few drops to your shampoo or conditioner to refresh your hair. You can also add lemon oil to your diffuser to remove odors and to provide a fresh, clean scent to each room. This is high quality lemon oil, concentrated and natural. Only a small amount is needed in all it's many uses for the home, health, and spirit. I would definitely recommend Pure Body Naturals Lemon Oil as it worked well for me in the laundry, removing odors, cleaning counters, floors, and furniture, and energizing my body. Do use caution to keep this out of the reach of children, do not use during pregnancy, and avoid using near the eyes. Pure Body Naturals Argan Oil is Pure Perfection for Hair, Skin, and Nails

Ingredients: Organic Virgin Cold-Pressed Argan Oil

The Product: This 100% certified organic argan oil comes in a large 4 oz. amber glass bottle with an eye dropper. This keeps the product fresh and reduces contamination and oxidizing. The oil is silky smooth and applies easily. Only a small amount is needed and then it should be gently massaged into the hair, skin or nails. Immediately there is a soothing moisturizing, with dryness disappearing as the product is absorbed. I used this product for the dry ends on my hair and it worked very well and actually continued working even after I washed and conditioned my hair. It kept my dry ends from becoming frizzy and improved the overall texture. I also began using this Argan Oil on my winter-dry feet. It softened the calluses and kept my heels from cracking due to the dryness of the winter weather. With continued use my calluses seemed to shrink and become more like the surrounding skin. I plan to continue using it to prepare my feet for wearing summer sandals. A nice side benefit was that as I was applying the Argan oil to my hair and skin, it was also being absorbed by my nails and hands. Softness returned to my chapped hands and they seemed to heal. My cuticles softened and even my nails seemed less dry. I also used the Argan Oil on dry patches of my skin and face. It seemed to remove the dryness and even the slight wrinkles and tightness of my skin. This product is imported from Morocco and packaged in the USA. One warning is that the product, argan oil, is derived from tree nuts, so if you have nut allergies you may need to use caution. It is not tested on animals and is cruelty free. Once opened, the product remains fresh for 12 months. While your results may not be exactly like mine, I enjoyed using this product to repair my hair, skin and nails and do recommend it.
