The copper nylon and spandex sleeve seems to almost add power to the elbow joint, which is very useful during exercise. While it says it can be machine washed I only hand wash compression garments, especially if they have an extra component such as silver or copper. Machine washing can also stretch them out too much. I recently had the opportunity to use the Titan Elite Quarter High Basketball Socks. Do I play a lot of basketball? Well, no, but I do need socks that fit well, offer some support and stay comfortable. The Titan Elite Quarter High socks fit the bill. They are strong and stretchy. They also offer support and some compression. And they increase my stability while walking. My feet stay dry and relaxed in these socks. The socks do not slip, pull or slide around my foot or in my shoes. I really appreciate the knit of the socks as it cushions my foot. These are not some flimsy socks that wear out in a month or two. I believe these socks will last a long time and retain their shape and comfort. The quarter height allows me to wear these socks when it is warmer and I found that my feet do not seem to sweat in my shoes. So, for those who play basketball and even for those who do not, I recommend these socks.

Alien Armor Calf Compression Sleeves support and protect the legs

I had used compression stockings before, especially when I fly, but I found them too hot to handle in a warm environment. The Alien Armor Calf Compression sleeves are fabulous, providing support to the calf from the ankle to the knee, with a breathable fabric that doesn't overheat my legs and a graduated compression. They are great for daily use in exercise or just for the compression. The fabric is 73% polyester and 27% spandex. It is antimicrobial treated to inhibit growth of bacteria on the sleeve. The fabric provides steady, gentle compression and support. Even in the heat of Louisiana it remains comfortable to wear. The construction and fabric makes it easy to put on the sleeves and to remove them. The upper band is not binding or too tight and the sleeves are easy to take off. Many "over the counter" calf stockings or sleeves seem to actually compress the leg too much, but this fabric is lightweight and feels like a second skin. I have used other products from this company and have found them to be of excellent quality. There are 2 sleeves in each package making them very cost effective. They can be hand or machine washed. I definitely recommend this company and this product for compression and support of your calf.

Alien Armor Arm Compression Sleeve Provides Great Support and Is Comfortable

I was skeptical about this arm compression sleeve when I first saw it on Amazon. I have lymphadema as a result of chemotherapy for cancer. I have used "over the counter" compression sleeves before, especially when flying and I found that I could only wear them for an hour and then they became too painful to wear, especially around the elbow area. I put these sleeves on when they arrived and I was surprised about how comfortable they were. They provided good support and compression without being binding or stiff. The material that they are made of (27% Spandex & 73% Polyester) is woven in a manner that helps it slide on and off the arm. Additionally, they are not overly warm, which is an advantage in Louisiana, where I live. The material seems breathable and lightweight, yet does provide the needed support. For customers with lymphadema, I do recommend that if your arm measurements are close to the top arm measurement for the size that you get the next size. It might be too constricting for your upper arm otherwise. There is a band at the top, with a no-slip layer on it. This band is tighter than the rest of the sleeve. Overall, I would recommend this sleeve for use as a lightweight compression garment that doesn't have to be custom fit. Additionally, there are 2 sleeves in the package, so if you only need to wear one, you have a backup. They can be hand or machine washed.
